Da bismo pojednostavnili zahtjeve za podršku i pružili Vam bolju uslugu, koristimo tiketing sistem podrške. Svakom zahtjevu za podršku dodjeljuje se jedinstveni broj tiketa koji možete koristiti za praćenje napretka i odgovora. Pored ovoga dostupne su Vam arhive i istorija svih vaših zahtjeva za podršku. Bitno je da koristite važeću email adresu za otvaranje tiketa!

Ukoliko iz nekog razloga tiketing sistem ne radi mozete nam poslati mail na adresu webmaster@teol.net.
